Pascal & Pearce
After a chance meeting in 2007, Pascal Ellinas and Dave Pearce began the long winding road that is now the stellar production and DJ duo of Pascal & Pearce.
Aside from being two of the nicest guys one could meet, these two talented friends have grown a symbiotic relationship with each other that translates into pure potency on the dance-floor. Amongst many other choice offerings – their tune "Disko Biskit" burned up countless parties in 2009/2010. It saw success not only at home, but topped the charts abroad, garnering international acclaim and plays from the top house DJ's around the world, including a slew of remix's.
Their Debut album ‘Passport’, released in September 2011 has seen all 4 singles hit the Top 10 in South Africa, with 3 of them entering the Top 5. The pair has done official remixes for local and international Artists such as Locnville, Goldfish, Above & Beyond, Roger Sanchez, Wretch 32 & Example, Alex Kenji, Ian Carey, Zebra & Giraffe, and Goodluck, and are continuously working on their sound in a way that is both organic and constantly evolving.
Having recently signed their single ‘Disco Sun’ to Dutch label Spinnin Records, and signed to the juggernauts of the South African music industry, Just Music, you can expect big things to keep coming from these boys in 2012!
